Default The All-Time Greatest Warner Bros. Cartoon Poll Returns!

This is sort of a continuation from the old WWThreads board and the vBulletin one while the TTTP was on ToonZone. I thought we should start "The Greatest Warner Bros. Cartoon Poll" again mainly because now we have several new members and a slew of Warner cartoons have gotten more exposure via trade.

What is this you ask? Read these directions below:

Starting in this thread, someone picks their favorite Warner cartoon from a category, I will list. The person will pick their favorite cartoon from that specific category. The cartoon mentioned in the thread the most will make it to the semi-finals (which I will post in poll-form), and if really successful to the actual finals (with will also be in poll-form)

Rules:
  • These threads will be posted every Thursday. Only I or one of the other GAC moderators will post them.
  • You may only post one favorite cartoon
  • The general GAC rules still apply
This week's category: Your favorite Warner Bros. cartoon from the Harman-Ising Days (1929-1933)

(Personally, my favorite is "Lady Play Your Mandolin" but your opinions may differ...)

Glad that this great poll is back.

I'll pick "Sinkin' In The Bathtub" for historical reasons.

This is a tough call! It would be easier if I could separate Bosko's from Merrie Melodies.

I guess I'll vote for "Lady Play Your Mandolin" too.

Regards,
Jeff

I haven't seen too many from the period, but I'll go with "Bosko's Picture Show"

"Crosby, Columbo and Vallee", only because it encompasses only a few years, now long forgotten. These three men were only rivals in the very early thirties.

These polls are always difficult for me to answer. But if I must go with only one, I think I'll go with WAKE UP THE GYPSY IN ME.
