A few I can remember:

"The Looney Beginning" - Buster and Babs are introduced to Bugs and the other teachers at Acme Looniversity
"The Buster Bunny Bunch" - During "Buffed Bunny", Bugs yanks Buster out of the TV and advises him how to win.
"Her Wacky Highness" - Babs disrupts Elmer Fudd's class by impersonating Elvis Presley
"Journey to the Center of Acme Acres" - Plucky and Hamton encounter Bob Clampett's Gremlin at the center of the earth
"Prom-ise Her Anything" - Buster watches "Hot Cross Bunny" to study Bugs' dancing technique.
"Buster and the Wolverine" - Several brief cameos by the Minah Bird
"You Asked For It" - In "Debutante Devil", Dizzy receives instructions on bunny eating from the Tasmanian Devil
"Wake Up Call of the Wild" - During the wraparounds, Buster and Babs torment Elmer Fudd
"Fields of Honey" - Babs tries to resuscitate Honey's career by screening her cartoons in a private theater (Bosko shows up too, but in a minimal role)
"Psychic Fun-Omenon" - "Piece of Mind" has Wile E. Coyote narrating Calamity Coyote's life story; "Class Cut-Up" features Hamton unable to dissect Michigan J. Frog
"The Wide World of Elmyra" - In "Turtle Hurdle", Tyrone Turtle is hassled by Michigan J. Frog while trying to cross the highway and get back to his pond
"Animaniacs" - Bugs, Daffy, and Porky act as the judges of the Acme Looniversity cartoon screening
"Inside Plucky Duck" - In "Wild Takes Class", Plucky tries to emulate Daffy and gets stuck in his "one giant eye" take from "Book Revue"
"Looniversity Daze" - In "What's Up, Nurse", Plucky ditches Foghorn Leghorn's class by faking sick
"Best of Plucky Duck Day" - In "One Minute 'Till Three", Plucky is eager to escape Granny's class
"Hero Hamton" - Porky acts as Hamton's wrestling coach
"Fairy Tales From the 90s" - Elmyra narrates a Three Bears tale with Henry, Ma, and Junyer being taken away by Animal Control
"Who Bopped Bugs Bunny" - Buster and Babs suspect Daffy of whacking Bugs in the head with his own Schloscar award
"The Return of the Acme Acres Zone" - In "Duck Dodgers Jr.", Plucky and Hamton tangle with Marvin the Martian and his teenage equivalent Marcia
"The Acme Home Shopping Show" - Elmer Fudd teaches Plucky's art class
"Son of the Wacko World of Sports" - Sylvester narrates the "Buster at the Bat" segment
"Buster and Babs Go Hawaiian" - Foghorn Leghorn appears at the luau doing Plucky's hotfoot-inspired dance
"Two-Tone Town" - Buster and Babs try to rescue the careers of Foxy, Roxy, and Goopy Geer. Yosemite Sam appears as the owner of a sound effects shop.
"Best of Buster Day" - In "Compromising Principals", Buster heckes Yosemite Sam on his new teaching job
"How I Spent My Vacation" - The Road Runner is run over by the mail truck that carries Plucky's letter to Shirley

It shows Honey having her own series and actually being funny, which of course never occurred in the original cartoons. I don't recall a cartoon where she does impersonations of others.

I remember that cartoon. When I first saw it, I thought Roxy and Foxy were just parodies of Mickey and Minnie while Goopy Geer was a Goofy parody. I didn't know they were real characters.

Actually, for the last few months, that is precisely what I've been putting together for my Bugs site...so hopefully soon all will be revealed.

She and Bosko both do impersonations in "Bosko in Person" (a short that was rehashed in the "Fields of Honey" episode so that Honey would come out as the star, instead of Bosko).
