This was posted on YouTube by one of its creators. It's literally twice as long as the version that's been airing since the 1970's. You'll hear a couple of familiar voices in the parts that were later cut.

I've seen at least three different versions air on television; the familiar abridged version from the 70's, one that cuts the whole thing even shorter by cutting out Mr. Turtle, and some new one (that appears to be from the mid-90's) that cuts Mr. Turtle and dubs new production music over a re-recorded version of the "world may never know" narration.
It's great to see the original cut, since that's definitely a rarity. Thanks for pointing it out.

Apparently the person who uploaded that video claimed to have worked on that. It was great seeing the Tootsie Pop commercial finally uncut. As of today its been reduced to just Mr. Owl and classical music is added.
