Hmmmm, I don't know about all that "intimacy with our beloved and iconic characters" crap, it kinda makes it sound like some sort of online cartoon brothel. But I see a few good points:
1) Free online WB cartoons - hopefully they'll show cartoons that have yet to make it onto DVD.
2) It shows that WB realizes the marketing power of the Looney Tunes characters and are trying to get some better exposure for them.
3) Video Mash-Up Maker where users can create and share their own cartoon remixes - Sounds interesting, and could be fun depending on how it's implemented.

If this means that Warner Bros. realizes that the classic Looney Tunes can still appeal to a widespread audience, I'm all for it.
