Once again, I'm going to open this up to ANY cartoon, old or new, good or bad. There are some cartoons that have become such cultural staples that people quote them often. This is just from observation, (not just my own memory, I've heard others quote all this stuff!) and stuff that I'm afraid will lose its meaning if TV persists in the way it's going. Some examples I've noticed, and please keep listing!

Bugs Bunny:
"Of course you realize this means war!"
"What's up Doc?"
"Be Vewwy, Vewwy quiet!"
"How many lumps do you want?"
"I'll do it, but I'll probably hate myself in the morning!"

Yosemite Sam:
"Varmint!"
"I hates rabbits!"

Daffy Duck:
"Your'e despicable!"
"woo hoo!"
"Can you do it, Dodgers?"

Sylvester and Tweety:
"Sufferin' succotash!"
"He faw down, go boom!"
"I tawt I taw a puddy tat!"

Beaky Buzzard:
"Nope, nope, nope!"

Road Runner:
"beep beep!"

Michigan Frog:
the "Hello My Baby" song

Goofy:
"Gawrsh!"

Scrooge McDuck:
"Time for a swim in me moneybin", or anything in a scottish accent pertaining to money

Woody Woodpecker's laugh

Tom and Jerry:
"THOMASSS!"

Mighty Mouse:
"Here I come to save the day!"

Popeye:
Theme song
"I yam what I yam"
"I eats me spinach!"

"This looks like a job for Superman!"

"Willlmaaaa!"
"Yabba dabba doo!"

"Jane! Stop this crazy thing!"

Fat Albert:
"Hey Hey Hey!"

Scooby Doo:
"Ruh roh!"
"zoinks!"
"Like, wow, man!"
"jinkies!"

Bullwinkle:
"Hokey smokes!"
"go get Moose and Squirrel!"

Ninja Turtles:
"Radical, dude!"
"cowabunga!"

Inspector Gadget:
"Go Go Gadget...(insert ANYTHING here!)"
"I'll get you next time, Gadget!"

Ren and Stimpy:
"Happy Happy Joy Joy!"
"Yo EEEDIOT!"
"No sir, I don't like it!"

Simpsons:
"D'oh!"
"mmmm...donuts"
"eeeexcellent!"
"Don't have a cow, man!"
"Ha haaaa!"
"It tastes like burning!"

Animaniacs:
"G'night everybody!"
the "Who's on stage" bit
"good idea, bad idea"

Tiny Toons:
The theme song
"Hiya toonsters!"
"Ahh, Mango juice!"
"(insert object) go down the hooolllle"

Pinky and the Brain:
"Narf!"
"are you pondering what I'm pondering?" (and any random Pinky response to that)

Bugs and Daffy: Rabbit Season...Duck Season

Abominable Snowman: I will call him George and I will hug him and pet him and....

Droopy: Gruesome....isn't it?
You know what? I'm happy.

Wile E. Coyote:Suuuuper Geeeenius!

Wallace: They're the wrong trousers, Gromit....and they've gone wrong!

I have heard others use these except for the Wallace and Gromit quote, which I have used, and it is usually received with confused stares.

Elmer Fudd/Bugs Bunny: "I am Elmer J. Fudd Millionare, I own a mansion and a yaught" is used quite often.

The popeye theme song is used a lot, me and my friends would make parodies of the song when we were about 9, don't get me started on them though.

Wallace: They're the wrong trousers, Gromit....and they've gone wrong!

I've used this one too. also some one in my house (well me usually) is likely to say "The Crackers! We've forgotten the crackers!" in a panicked voice if someone is panicking over something petty or if the wide-mouthed cherie Blair pops up on TV!

The Mr Burns quote "Simpson, eh?" was used a lot at uni whenever anyone with that surname was mentioned.

As for classic cartoons some I still hear from time to time are
"Suuuper Geeenius!" (some of my friends like this one, but I think most people don't get the reference).

"Thomassss!" (I hear this all over the place).

"I Yam what I Yam" and "I'll Saves Ya Olive" (Popeye quotes seem to pop up at work sometimes, but more amongst the middle aged poeple rather than the younger lot)

"Smarter than your Average Bear" and "Pic-a-nic Basket" (I've heard these all over the place)

"Here he/she Comes to Save the Day" I've heard people sing the Mighty Mouse theme tune in situations where someone's coming to sort things out (this one often gets used sarcastically!).

"Yeah, yeah, Sure, sure" (I sometimes use this Hubie and Bertie quote which has led to other people around me using it. My sister uses it all the time, but has no idea where she heard it from originally!)

"Sufferin' Succotash" (I've heard this all over place, I find if someone accidentally misprounces a word with an 's' in it then someone will use this quote)

"I Hate Him! I Hate All Men" (This obsure, hysterical Minnie Mouse quote from 'Puppy Love' is used all the time by me and my sister. If one of us is moaning about someone (male or female) the other might use it. No one around understands the reference, but it seems to mause people)

"Old Glory" (1939) (http://imdb.com/title/tt0031749/usercomments) - The Pledge Of Allegiance seems to get quoted a whole bunch! Many people probably don't even realize they're quoting a cartoon when they say it! ;)

On the other hand, if "Old Glory" had been a Disney cartoon, they'd probably think that the Pledge of Allegiance didn't exist before the cartoon was made. :)
