If we're talking about little Rocky with the big hat (as opposed to the Edward G. Robinson version from "Racketeer Rabbit"), I also vote for "Golden Yeggs" -- funny how this is another Bugs adversary, like Marvin and Taz, who may have actually been funnier with Daffy.

Bugs and Thugs is one of my favorite cartoons. Definitely one of Friz's bests.

"Bugs and Thugs", definitely! Friz's cartoons don't get much better than this. The gags are hilarious, the aforementioned oven gag in particular but the bit where Bugs calls the policeman from the phone booth and ends up yanking him through the phone lines when Rocky and Bugs drive off ("Operator! We've been disconnected. Ooooohhh...") is hands down one of the funniest gags I've ever seen in a WB cartoon.

Rocky & Mugsy were great characters and great opponents for Bugs but they were only pitted against him in three cartoons ("Bugs and Thugs", "Bugsy and Mugsy", and "The Unmentionables"). Personally I wish Freleng had used them more often, perhaps in moderation with Yosemite Sam.
