Looking for "Case of the Screaming Bishop" in the best possible VHS source!

Yep. A recent hunt via Google has told me that this particular Columbia cartoon (allegedly PD as well) may still be out there on one or two relatively-easy-to-locate VHS tapes. But before I look to place an order, can anyone certify this, and perhaps recommend the best tape to go with? Much obliged.
