Not! :p
I forced myself to sit through this film and I have to say. This film was BORING. They overrate that great 20-minute animated scene about 75 minutes into the film and it's only about the bedknob for and hour and a half. What a dull plot, wait, there's hardly a plot at all!
Continue your rambling (or comments) in these thread.
I give Bedknobs & Broomsticks: 1 and a half out of 5 stars (it gets half a star for the animation sequence).

I haven't seen the movie in several years, but I don't remember it as being that bad. I believe I saw a special "extended" 30th anniversary edition which was about 20 minutes longer than the version released in theaters. While the live-action scenes dragged on for a while, I didn't think it was that boring. Though, in my opinion, it's not a particularly memorable film.

That's the version I have/seen. But it's all just IMO.
Yeah, I loved this movie as a kid...I remember we had the soundtrack album for it too. C'mon any Disney movie with a witch that raises an undead army in it can't be that bad. ;)
I'd have to see it as an adult to really be able to assess it...maybe I'll look for it on DVD or Laserdisc on eBay...

I've seen it available in stores on DVD. I believe it's part of the Vault Disney Gold Collections. Many times these sets feature bonus Disney cartoons with similar themes to the movies.

Vault Disney and Gold Collections are two different brandings but I don't believe this belongs to either. I am pretty sure it's labeled as some sort of Anniversary Edition. I happen to own the DVD actually and disagree that it's a boring film but to each his own I say...

I remember when I was in elementary school, there was the occasional movie day, where kids could purchase tickets for the movie, that would be shown in the school's gymnasium throughout noon hour.Lunch would often be provided by McDonalds. That is where I first saw Bedknobs And Broomsticks.I rather enjoyed the film.My favourite part would have to be the animated cartoon scene.
