Rabbit Transit. Definitely one of the slickest Bugs cartoons ever made.

Tortose Wins By a hare is my favorite. It's also the first Cecil cartoon I've seen.

All Three have their moments; Tortoise beats Hare gives you an idea of how well Avery understood Bugs in only his second cartoon with the character (plus it has some of the nicest backgrounds ever created for an animated cartoon), Tortoise Wins by a Hare features top notch Scribner and McKimson animated magic and has excellent pacing and gags, and Rabbit Transit rounds Bugs out so even though he loses in the end, he's still able to pull a couple of tricks on Cecil and, as J Lee put it, give as good as he gets (most notably Bugs mailing himself as a present to Cecil and getting the drop on him).

I voted I love all three (and I do, too) but if I was forced to pick one Tortoise wins By a Hare would win; ...sometimes those Clampett-Scribner-McKimson creations seem to shoot beyond cartoons and turn into awesome forces of nature. I think I may have said before that Cecil was Bugs' Kryptonite, and it's too bad Jones & Maltese never took a shot at one these ( or even McKimson & Foster)...and a hamburger would be nice.
