I'm trying to remember a very very odd live action HBO Short Take from the 80's. It begins with a shot of a tall building. In the building someone is pacing back and forth. While you see this, you hear what sounds like a sheep going "Bah" but it's like a continous bah until the building falls down like an implosion. I know it sounds strange. What was it?
