I don't remember ever seeing that commercial, but I sure wish it were added on the DVD release as a bonus feature.

Hmm interesting. But I'm not a huge fan of stars or cartoons I like being used in adverts.

I have a VHS recording of a "making of Who Framed Roger Rabbit" special that aired on CBS while the movie was still in theaters; this Diet Coke commercial played after the end credits. (And after the commercial is a "visit your library" PSA that plugs Of Mice and Magic and The American Animated Cartoon, but the ending was cut off by the next recording.)

I remember those "Read More About It" segments. They usually go like this...

"To learn more about (place subject here), the Library of Congress suggests these books... (place 2 or 3 book titles w/authors here) These and other informative books are waiting for you at your local library or book store, visit them, they'll be happy to help you read more about it!"
