Today I saw a Blue Ribbon print of "Slightly Daffy" on Boomerang UK, during the 12pm showing of Looney Tunes. However, it's only 05:53 long, including titles and That's All Folks! Seems rather short for a 1940s Looney Tune to me... most of them are at least 06:20, so I guess something was edited.
There's nothing on the Censored Cartoons page about this cartoon being edited though. Did anyone else see it today, and/or know of any edits to this cartoon?

I think they stopped showing Slightly Daffy on TV (along with many other toons that were potentially offensive to Native Americans) a long time ago. But from what I recall, there were no edits.


Some cartoons simply don't make the 6-minute mark.

When cartoons are converted to PAL, they move a little faster. Maybe that's it.

Well, that would only make the cartoon a couple of seconds shorter. I'm thinking Slightly Daffy was always a shorty, after all it was just a cheater.
