no its not
its not black and white
the cartoon i'm talking about begin when the maestro enter to the theater and immediatley start the concert
there was a dog playing with the violin
and a hippo playing with the horn
and other animals
in the end
the musical sheets starting to slip from the maestro
the hippo blow the maestro with the horn
i hope i made it easier now
It sounds like it might be a Max Fleischer Color Classic short then, but I have no idea what the title is. Does anyone else know?
Sounds like "A Car-Tune Portrait". Here's a link to the cartoon at You Tube:

Sounds a lot like Rhapsody In Rivets, except that the animals were not playing instruments but rather constructing a skyscraper in time to a piece of classical music.

i'am sure they were playing instruments
I've never seen "The Mad Maestro" myself, but I'm sure someone else here will be able to tell you about it. Do you remember what the title card looked like? I did a quick search on the net and the big cartoon database has a picture of it (although I can't get that site to load at the moment).

"The Mad Maestro" was a Friz Freleng MGM cartoon that he did under the supervision of Hugh Harman, after he and Rudy Ising returned to MGM. Since Friz did it, it's one of the funnier pre-Avery MGM shorts, but since Hugh was "supervising" there's just something too restrained about it to really click -- you keep waiting for it to really break out into full fledged slapstick like Friz's latter musical shorts or even the Fleischer's "A Car-Tune Portrait", but it never does.
Anyway, bcdb.com has a screen shot (http://www.bcdb.com/cartoon/2930-Mad_Maestro.html) of the title page of the cartoon.
