By the way, as most of you probably figured out, this is just a joke thread.

Teh redeisgns were even worse than teh originals. At leas thte orignals looked kind cool and edgier, and the new ones looks way more bland and disney-ish. But Miss all the way. This is THE NUMBER ONE WORST CARTOON 'VE EVER SEEN. It's not funny-bad like Rocket Robin Hood or someothing, it's maddeningly bad.

Let me just say that this makes "Baby Looney Tunes" look like quality programming. I went with a 'miss'.
Loonatics is like a hit......in the stomach. Perhaps the innermost circle of Hell has a room where Loonatics and other awful cartoons are played in perpetuity to punish the most evil of sinners.

This is probably the saddest idea since Lincoln decided to go to the theater that night.

- Fade in -
Warner Brothers Studios Early 21st Century.
Int Meeting Room, Several executives are seated around a table shaped liked the WB shield.
CEO : Guys, our plan worked, no one went to see Looney Tunes : Back In Action
Execs : Great to hear now what ?
CEO : Now we can make anything we want to, Any ideas ?
Exec 1 : Okay, i'll have a shot, let's do a parody of current pop-culture, we can call it Looney iTunes , the gang can be rappers like Puff Daddy.
CEO : No, we could get sued by the RIAA even if we used music we owned outright, besides I don't think today's kids would get that kind of parody.
Exec 2 : Okay, how about we do a Parody of all the Reality TV Shows ?
CEO : No way, we make a ton of money on them, our advertisers would hang us for doing that, let's try something bolder then that, next.
Exec 3 : Okay, how about a parody of late night talk shows....
CEO : Been done.
Exec 4 : Parodies of popular films, call it Looney Tunes Theater ?
CEO : Too many copyright issues.
Exec 5 : Parodies of video games, call it Grand Theft Tunes ?
CEO : NO no no no no no no no.
Exec 6 : Parody of Sci-Fi shows ?
CEO : We're allready doing that, I want something new, diffrent.
Exec 7 : How about something like Animanicas but with the old toons ?
CEO : NO no no no no no no no.
Exec 8 : Parody of....
CEO : NO PARODIES !
All the Execs look at one another after this is said as if the CEO has just lost his mind.
Exec 9 : Um... Superheros ?
CEO : That's it, go make it happen yesterday !
Int Cafeteria On Warner's Lot Later On, The Looney Tunes Gang is in the cafeteria eatting lunch when a guy in a three pice suit walks up to Bugs and whispers in his ear, the look on Bugs' face says it all, the man leaves him to tell the others what he just told him.
Bugs : Gang, I hate to tell you dis, but, we're fired.
The gang has the same look of dis-belief Bugs just had a few seconds ago.
Daffy : What about the DVD's ?
- Trying to get past the inital shock of the news -
Bugs : Dey don't need us to make dose Daf, you know dat.
- A look of confusment over Daffy's sudden statement -
Daffy : What about my contract, your contract, all our contrants ?
- Motioning to everyone there in the Cafateria -
Bugs : Not even worth da paper dey were printed on.
- Recovering from the shock himself -
Daffy : So we're out of work for the first time in 60 years ?
- He freezes in place realizing what he just said -
Bugs nods.
Daffy : No more t-shirts, no more posters, no more video games, no more US.
- Pointing around to the others -
Bugs nods again.
Daffy : What ever will we do ?
- Showing actual concern for possibly the first time in his entire life -
Bugs : Join them.
- Points to a line of out of work animators from Disney outside -
Daffy : You mean we're going to be replaced by COMPUTERS like they have been ?
- Fustrated and slightly peeved at the verry idea that this could happen -
Bugs, thinking about that statment, relizes that, that just may be the long term goal here, forget a new show with new toons in it, the goal is to repalce them them with CGI dopplegangers someday down the line.
