It is my Sad Duty to present to you this BUMMER news I just received from a pal in England:
PATRICE HOLLOWAY, renowned R&b and Pop vocalist, and the sister of MOTOWN legend BRENDA HOLLOWAY, has died at the age of 58.
In the Animation Arts Community was DEFINITELY renowned as the SINGING VOICE of "VALERIE" in the hit 1970's HANNA-BARBERA series "JOSAIE And The PUSSYCATS".
This news of her passing was brought to my attention by a friend who was told (On a Music Fans' Forum Board) by MSUSAYE GREENE-BROWN , former member of the MOTOWN girl group The SUPREMES.
I shall make every endeavour to add WEB PAGE LINK here, once one is available via the News Media.
Meanwhile, I observe 5 minutes of silence in honour of her Memory....:(
