What do you think is the worst cartoon ever?
Read these rules before posting here.

1.When it comes to the worst catoon, it applies to stuff both old and new.

2.You can post more than one worst cartoon. However, if you do, please post it in a separate post.

3. Please no discussions about modern t.v. series with classic cartoons in this thread like Baby Looney tunes, Loonatics,The Tom and Jerry show,Tom and Jerry Kids,The New Beany and Cecil show,Yo Yogi, Wacky World of Tex Avery etc.

4. When you post, follow the example below.

O.K ya got it? I'll get ya stated.

Codename Kids Next Door

Story: This is about some kids with numbers as names who have their headquarters in a treehouse and fight evil kids and adults.

Animation:Eh..what you'ld expect in a modern cartoon.

Designs:The character's heads and bodies are built around circles.

Voice Acting:One word...poor

Rewatchability:You have to change the channel when its on t.v.

A very stupid show. Lets hope that 20 years from now it will be more forgotten then :buddy:.

Now you guys take a swing at it.

BTW I don't wan't this to start a flame war.

Before anyone else Brings it up:

Rocket Robin Hood!

Story: Robin Hood in Outer Space

Animation: Ever see the 60's Spider Man cartoon?

Designs: Cheap and Ugly, even for a 60's Cartoon

Voices: the number one cause of bleeding ears

Rewatchability: If you Live in Canada, chances are you'll probably run into it if you want to or not because of the CRTC's screwy "Canadian Content" regulations. Otherwise, Avoid at all costs.

Note: If no one does Catdog, Super Duper Sumos, or Butt Ugly Martians, i'll do one of those next!

Camp Lazlo

Story: A bunch of badly-drawn animals at a summer camp.

Animation: What you'd expect from something animated with Flash...

Designs: Trash. Just barely above the level of stick figures.

Voices: Horrible. Much too simplistic and lacking. Think about a voice that your 5-year old kid does while playing with his stuffed animals.

Rewatchability:
Why would you watch this show in the first place? It represents a whole mess of problems with the world of cartoons as it is today.

- The story and character design is solid proof that any chump can produce a cartoon.
- It's even more proof of the abject failure of studio executives to see what is and isn't a good cartoon.
- The gags (if you can call them that), are WAY too violent. Think Doyle's Attack of the Drones, only worse.
- That's all I can think of at the moment.

This thread seems off topic for the forum - this is the Golden Age Cartoons Forum, and the point of the thread appears to be to trash modern TV animation. Since most tv animation from the 1950's to the present is poor quality, limited animation, usually bad or recycled scripts and gags, repetitive voices and characters etc. (especially what has been produced since the mid 1960's) it seems pointless to compare something inherently awful like Courageous Cat to something else awful like Ed and Eddy etc.

I'll try and keep this on topic. The worst cartoon from the golden age to me is the Columbia Phantasy "Tangled Travels" (1944). There is hardly any actual animation in it, to begin with. The jokes are all corny puns poorly delivered. One wonders why they even bothered making this cartoon.

I've heard "Monkey Doodle" is also pretty bad, but I've never seen it.

I know what ya mean... most of those Games R&S episodes are the WORST. You think that one was terrible, you should have seen the one that came before it, "It's a Dog's Life". That is one of the most God-awful pieces of animation (or is that crap?) I've seen to date. OK, Nickelodeon refused to air "Man's Best Friend" (which was entertaining and hilarious) but they're willing to air that piece of tripe? Yeah, that makes sense.

I also think "Ren's Retirement", "Travelogue", "Lumber Jerks", etc. are all just as bad. The worst part is when John K. himself tried to revive Ren & Stimpy with "Adult Party Cartoon", his attempts weren't much better!!! Face it, there has never been a quality R&S episode since 1993 or so and there probably won't be!
