What's the name of this Bugs Bunny Cartoon?

I'm trying to find it. Bugs is singing in the shower and he keeps hitting a wrong note. He walks out of the shower and hits the piano keys trying to find the correct note. He says "La, La Yearn" as he's looking for the note.

What's the name of it and is it on any of the official releases?

I think it's a Bugs and Elmer cartoon. Bugs goes into Elmers house when Elmer's not home and uses Elmer's shower. I think it was a penthouse.

Or it may be Unswept Hare (directed by Robert McKimson).

It's definitely Upswept Hare (by Robert McKimson c. 1953). That "yearn" word was from the song Bugs was singing "Be It Ever So Crumbly, There's No Place Like Rome".
