Hey Guys,
man it seams like a long time since i've posted here I think the last time I posted here my mother and my dog were still living...
Anyways,
I know you guys are up to date on anything that is even remotly releated with looney tunes so i'm wondering if a few of my favorite shorts ever made it onto DVD
I beleve it was the titles were "Honey Mousers" and/or "The Mouse That Jack Built" (I remember there being a scean with the mice driving to the kit kat klub)
Also I was wondering if some of the earlier "non PC" shorts (or stuff thay may have been edited on TV) have made an official appearance on any of the Golden Collection dvd's (I still have the 1st volume)
It's good to see this site again & i'm looking foward to your replies

The Censored 11 unfortunately remain unavailable on 'official' releases, but cartoons on all 3 volumes of LTGC are unedited and some of the milder 'non PC' toons and scenes have appeared. The contents of Volume 4 have not yet been revealed.Better news for you is that the first Honeymousers cartoon and the Mouse that Jack Built (the Jack Benny Show cartoon where they drive to the Kit Kat Klub) are both on LTGC 3 which came out last fall. Both look great and it was a pleasure to watch them again - two of the best of the late 50's WB toons.

Got one more question for ya Mark J
Do you know if the short "Chow Hound" (I believe it's plot has to do with a bulldog always using a cat and mouse to get him food but always forgetting the gravy)
Thanks Again

Both Honey-Mousers and the House that Jack Built are on disc 2 of LTGC vol 3. Its the disc with Hollywood parodies.
Unfortunately no Chow Hound yet - that is an all time favorite 'no gravy?' slap!! - 'this time we didn't forget the gravy':)

LOL I remember that!
Also if I remember correctly the ending of that cartoon was edited (at least when I use to see it on the tube) but yea it was a good one
Thanks again Mark J!

You're welcome!
The last time I saw Chow Hound it was horribly edited. They cut out the 'African explorer' part with the cat tied to a pole and the mouse as a native (one of the times the dog 'returns' the cat for a reward), and they cut down the end where they pour the gravy down the dog's throat.
