Hi Gang,
Here's what I know about these opening/closing titles of these Blue Ribbon shorts:
"Sunday Go to Meetin' Time" (1936) was reissued in 1944-45, due to the presence of Leon Schlesinger's credit in the Merrie Melodies title.
"The Isle of Pingo Pongo" (1938) was reissued in 1944-45, due to the presence of Leon Schlesinger's credit in the Merrie Melodies title. The original closing title is retained.
"The Early Worm Gets the Bird" (1940) was reissued in 1953-54 (and numbered #1318), due to the green glow rings.
"Inki and the Minah Bird" (1943) was reissued in 1949-50 (and because of the lack of a BR number), due to the vermilion rings in the opening title and the blue/red rings in the closing title.
