Vote For Looney Tunes in the First TV-DVD Awards

TVShowsonDVD.com has a list of all the nominees in the first ever TV-DVD Awards. Nominees were selected from a field of more than 150 entries submitted by the studios and independent suppliers that offer TV DVD product. The winners will be announced at the TV-DVD Conference on October 19th. Voting ends on October 2nd. All TV DVD titles released in the United States between Sept. 1, 2003 and Aug. 31, 2004 were eligible.

I voted for Looney Tunes, but I left all of the other questions blank... I read the first few questions and after realizing that I didn't have any interest in almost any of this stuff, I just went straight to the animation question... :p :bugs1:

Tough competition with Simpsons Season 4, which was a very good set.

Despite that, I'll vote for Golden Collection.

I voted of course, for Looney Tunes and I'm kinda surprised that wave 3 of the Disney Treasures was not included.

Yeah, but in the eyes of a lot of people Looney Tunes is/was a TV show (and, you have to admit, that up until a couple years ago, the LTs had quite an impressive television career). If the Golden Collection wins an award like this, it will only help encourage Warner Home Video to release more good stuff to DVD. :daffy:
