Not that I'm aware.
In fact, there are a number of great non-Avery, non-Hanna/Barbera cartoons from M-G-M that I would love to see finally make it to home video.

Unfortunately, the only source for this and other "Happy Harmonies" cartoons are on laserdisc. One just sold on EBay about a week ago. If interested, keep an eye out. They do show up from time to time.

Years ago, a laserdisc boxed set was planned. The cartoons would have been the Barney Bear ones, the George Gordon ones, the non-Avery Droopy, the non-Hanna Barbera and some of the last by-Quimby-produced Harman-Ising shorts.
Unluckily, the set was never released.

Aaactually you're in luck, Andrea, my friend...
'Bottles' is currently scheduled to be released as an extra on one of Warner's upcoming classic movie box sets. I forget which, but a number of other Happy Harmony cartoons are said to be included as well.
I'll look into it and post again when the titles come to me.

Oh thanks anyway. But I own that short.
In fact, I own the " Happy Harmonies" laserdisc set.
What I would like to have are the other MGM cartoons made in the 40s and 50s that are not by Tex Avery or Hanna-Barbera.

And that would be the upcoming Clark Gable Signature Collection scheduled for June 20th!

San Francisco is a great movie- and I urge as many of you as possible to try to watch it at one time or another- not just for the music, not for the special effects (that even in their day are remarkably well done), but for the innovative storyline that predates familiar epic disaster movies like "Titanic" and "Earthquake" by decades!
EERRRGGHHHH!!!
WHV, STOP TAKING ALL MY MONEY!!!
