Were Wheeler & Woolsey ever caricatured in a cartoon?

I have read how popular they were and since many other film comedians (Marx Brothers, Laurel & Hardy, Three Stooges, W.C. Fields, The Ritz Brothers and Joe E. Brown) received this type of treatment, I would think it likely they had an appearance somewhere yet I have not seen them in any cartoons but I have not seen every cartoon and maybe I missed something. I know Woolsey's death in 1938 would likely prevent appearances after that but before, were they ever caricatured? Also, was Charley Chase? I have this vague recollection of a humanoid dog in a suit with similar mannerisms in black and white.
