It appears that the mysterious "Treasure Box Collection" and "Family Value Collection" DVDs are put out by a company called Intermedia Video Productions, owners of the "Woodhaven" entertainment brand.
I sorta found this out when I got a Woodhaven 6-disc Christmas DVD set off of eBay. (more on this later) They are packed in similar sleeves, and the small catalog thats printed inside it has pictures that are nearly the same as those seen on the TBC ones, except have design changes and "Golden Years Collection" replacing TBC.
