The Walt Disney Treasures Wave 4 DVDs have only been up for pre-order on Amazon.com for the past week, and they're already in the top 100 DVDs! There hasn't been an official announcement on them from Disney yet, but they're already up for pre-order at two e-tailers so I guess it's official: they'll be coming out December 7 (along with the 2-disc Mary Poppins, the second season of The Flintstones, and Top Cat).
