I'm not sure if this is good or not. This show might redeem itself in my opinion but we'll see.

I'll watch it if Marty Friedman also guest stars. I could care less if it's Al Pitrelli or Glen Drover.

Seriously, has Dave spent his entire life fortune on drugs that he's forced to do cartoon voices? Apparently the guitar auctions weren't enough.

Maybe he really wanted to do Aqua Teen like Danzig, Wylde and Nugent, but they told him no. Be interesting though, he's got a unique voice.

Doesn't really matter that much since the show's cancelled. It won't have any impact on the fate of the series.

That just rules. I hope some classic Megadeth tracks can be played on this episode. Or, at the very least, Chris Poland making a cameo.

I'm sure it's just the current line-up. I wonder how they landed that gig? Megadeth aren't exactly a big trendy band.

It's well known, among the metal circles anyway, that Mustaine is into stuff like this. He also had a line of comic books for a long time.

On the topic of Megadeth and Mustaine, I just bought their "new" album The System Has Failed today. Pretty great album. I do suggest some of you check it out if you haven't already.

Heavy Metal and Looney Tunes actually do go fairly well together. :ysam:

Haven't bought it but did catch the video on Headbangers Ball when it was new. It was a $$%$@%!$!% of alot better than the garbage from Metallica called St Anger.

(The thirty-second clips on music download services don't give you an idea of just how corny the full songs truly sound.)

Not to mention The System Has Failed is a Megadeth album in name only. It's a Dave Mustaine solo album; contractual obligations with Sanctuary Music Group require it to be called a Megadeth album. Which led to a lawsuit filed by former Megadeth bass guitarist David Ellefson claiming he owns the Megadeth name and Dave Mustaine is using it without permission.

I've been a fan of Megadeth for twenty years and I can't believe that Mustaine really sold out on this show...Ugghh:rolleyes:

I know about the whole "All Star Line-up" (including the hiring of Chris Poland from Peace Sells...) and lawsuit thing. Nonetheless, I enjoyed System. It's certainly a lot better than what Metallica put out a year earlier. Ditto to the underrated "The World Needs A Hero" from 2001.

Soooo, who actually saw this episode?
