Awww.....I thought we'd see the Red smiley next too...I've seen it on the board before but I guess it's still a private smiley ;)

Not bad! I'm partial to :rabbit: (I was waiting for him) and :bbear:
I've got to try and create a smiley or two myself. There's no excuse for my sitting around waiting for others to make them, when I haven't come up with any myself.
Hmm, I can think of one that would be the other obvious choice for me besides Oswald, but I think I remember someone already having done it! (Though it's not up yet...)

It's interesting to see that you've chosen the 1920's & 30's Oswald as opposed to the more contemporary character popular on Walter Lantz merchandise.

Believe it or not, the classic Oswald design has appeared on the more recent Lantz merchandise (the most recent, I believe, were those Japanese cube toys) :rabbit:

The Barney one is my favorite! :bbear:

And if you squint a little, that one could also pass for Junyer Bear.

And Barnyard Dawg, too.

Egghead Junior would make a great smiley too.

I hope somebody is taking notes. :tweety:

The cartoon smilies are interesting because they are one feature that makes this forum "stand out." These new ones are good, too, because they fill in some gaps on the cartoon character/smilies list.
I feel like an idiot for not knowing who :fethry: is as a character, but that is slightly off-topic.

Don't feel like an idiot. I didn't even know who that was until a few weeks ago. That's Donald's Cousin Fethry from the Disney comic books. When I was putting together the forums, I included the Fethry smiley because I thought it was funny to have one of such an obscure character. I didn't even plan on keeping him, but everybody likes Fethry. :fethry:

Hmmm....

Nope. Red doesn't appear on the smiley list. :(

:wolfie: -(And I was looking forward to it too.)

(Actually, you're looking forward to... AMBER SULLIVAN!)

:wolfie: -(Ah, nuts.) **POOF**
