A few days ago, I had a dream that I was actually watching the Tex Avery biographical movie. :D

The only actor I remember was Charlize Theron playing Tex Avery's estranged wife and doing a damn good job too. I'm hoping that this dream is proficy.

You know, I've been thinking...you know who would be absolutely perfect to play Chuck Jones in one of these kinds of movies? Mandy Patinkin. The two men look and sound almost exactly alike.

Orson Welles might have made a good Tex Avery, and John Candy may have made a great Leon. John Ritter could have played Bob Clampett, and Sylvester Stallone would have made one fantastic Rollin Hamilton.

Um....... Sylvester Stallone wouldn't make a good anything. (Except for Rocky of course)

Anyway, I was watching The Daily Show tonight (October 6, 2005) and the guest on there tonight would make a great Tex Avery.

Phillip Seymour Hoffman

He could easily look like Avery. Not only that, he just finished doing a biographical pic portraying Truman Capote and from the clip I saw he did an excellent job. I think Hoffman is definitely the man (if he's not too tall).

Phillip Seymour Hoffman is an outstanding actor, one of my very favorites - every single role that I have seen him in has been extremely well acted and entertaining. I hope he is at least nominated for an Oscar very soon.

I guess that's kind of appropriate since she sounds like a cartoon character.
