What is the name of the cartoon with Bugs and the Wiloughbuy look a like? They battle over a spot in front of a fire in some old woman's house until they both decide to get along after they toss her into the snow.

That would be HARE FORCE.

The cartoon is tited Hare Force, but the dog is named Sylvester.
