Do you mean the marquee/flashing lights opening? Nope, it has the 3 guys playing horns, "Rocky the Flying Squirrel" being spelled out, then showing Rocky buzzing a crowd, getting overrun by people with pennants, cutting to Rocky on Bullwinkle's head, then Rocky and Bullwinkle twirling batons, cutting to Rocky and Bullwinkle setting off fireworks and finally getting chased by the giant wheel shooting off sparks opening... :D
