Just curious. I know some of you already pointed out their 16mm collection, but what 16mm films do you have?

I just began collecting but all I have so far is a "Misterjaw" cartoon "$6.95 Bionic Shark", complete with United Artists title in the beginning. I won it on eBay couple months ago. Originally planned to transfer it, but decided to not so after Boomerang aired it.

I did have few others before, but either sold it or gave it as a gift.

My current mission is to get some "Ant and the Aardvark" on 16mm, especially those that have laughtracks on Boomerang and CN Japan. I found one on eBay and a seller with three or four.

Some of it is inaccurate though because I've parted with some less desireables to make money for better ones!

If you're referring to LT & MM, I picked these up because not only was the price right, the prints were excellent condition & better than any video copy I could ever hope to come across (due to their "censored" rarity status, I suppose)...

ALL THIS & RABBIT STEW (1942)
COAL BLACK & DE SEBBEN DWARFS (1942)

Excepting that, my 16mm collection is a result of my Three Stooges habit...

- All 190 Columbia short subjects 1934 - 1959
- 1933 MGM shorts BEER AND PRETZELS, and NERTSERY RHYMES with very good 2-strip-Tech color retention that puts WB's library copy to shame
- THE THREE STOOGES SCRAPBOOK "The Spain Mutiny" (1960) TV pilot cartoon
- Approx. 75% of the NEW 3 STOOGES (1965) cartoons
- All their starring 1959 - 1965 feature films, plus 4 FOR TEXAS (1963)
- Features TIME OUT FOR RHYTHM (1941) and GOLD RAIDERS (1951)
- Numerous solo films and TV shows with Shemp Howard, Joe Besser * and Joe DeRita
- LTs BUDDY'S LOST WORLD (1935) and WHOLLY SMOKE (1938)
- HOLLYWOOD PICNIC (1937) Columbia Color Rhapsody cartoon

* Including animation credits for ALVIN, BAGGYPANTS & NITWITS, SHARK & THE BEANSTALK

Plus,
- ~20 Laurel & Hardy Hal Roach shorts/features (mostly Blackhawks)
- A&C MEET FRANKENSTEIN
- ~20 misc. Columbia short subjects (mostly Screen Gems) starring Buster Keaton, Charley Chase, Harry Langdon, Hugh Herbert, Andy Clyde, Slim Summerville, El Brendel and Roscoe Karns

I don't publicize that I have films, but anyone who knows me and is familiar with my activities (including my website) can conclude what I might have.

Hey Thad, I've been meaning to ask you. Does your 16mm print for "Scratch a Tiger" have laughtracks?

Nope. It's a theatrical print, it even has an MPAA "Rated G" title!

Cool. I saw 16mm print of "Scratch a Tiger" on eBay and thinking if bidding it. But I'm asking the seller to make sure this print doesn't have laughtracks. Those things are annoying.

I also saw "Technology, Phooey" on eBay, but I think it's an edited version where they removed Ant's line about the Aardvark having a "bad trip". That version was only shown in theaters, and recently on Boomerang.
