Web Toons on LT Site...

I just watched most of the LT Web toons on the WB site
and i have to say, they are all crap :(

How much would these cartoons cost to make?

Cannot they put those resources into making better
quality proper LT Cartoons?

What PC Program would of been used to make these
Web Toons? Flash?

That's what I wonder too. Amazing just how thick-headed corporate executives are. They actually did try to make better quality Looney Tunes with Larry Doyle, but that was a massive failure, considering Doyle doesn't know jack about the Looney Tunes.
Interesting point - the Doyle shorts were developed to help BIA, if Warner executives were willing to spend all that money on creating a handful of new shorts, why didn't they just force CN to show the 1000+ Looney Tunes they have locked up in a vault somewhere?
