Toby suddenly realized that his duties at the Ritzy Pooch Cafe were going to be different seeing how the meals there could cost an arm an a leg.

After his cartoon career was over, Toby fell on hard times. At last word, he was working as a polisher at a prosthesis factory.

The 2004 Olympics hiring committee hired Toby, a tired, worn out, and forgotten cartoon star to help preserve their museum of actual athlete limbs.
