Name this minor character?

I have been looking for a long time to find this minor character, he or possible she is a small crow(i think) or some kind of bird. I remember seeing him in cartoons when I was younger and I recently saw him in an episode of Sylvester and Tweety Mysteries. I would like to get a better picture of it or even some more information. I found a small low quality picture. In the white circle here:

Why, that's none other than the Mynah Bird from Chuck Jones' rarely seen "Inki" series! Good catch. :D
