He continues using their products despite the fact that they always backfire on him. Should The Acme Corporation be found liable for injuries its products have caused Wile E. Coyote?

It's the Super Genius' fault.

Ah yes, Wile E. Coyote has now become a member of our narsisitic culture where spilt coffee = million dollar lawsuit. I wouldn't be surprised if he sued the Acme corperation for his own carelessness. It's only a matter of time before he hires John Edwards as his lawyer.

What? No, no - it was all ACME. If anyone, they're the ones to blame for faulty manufacturing.

I say ACME is to blame because you know how mail order things are. They work on the box or tv but never in real life. If Wile is a super genius he should just build the stuff on his own like what Brain does when he tries to take over the world. Its probably cheaper doing that too.

Good point. I guess Wile E. Coyote is more of a "super hypocrate" than a "super genius".

Ah, but aren't you forgetting that Brain operates out of Acme Labs?

I think that Wile. E needs to read the directions again. He knows its defective on Roadrunners.

I'd say, yes. After all, that was sort of clarified in "Back in Action."

I think that would make an interesting subject. Wile E. Coyote in court sueing Acme. They could show clips of other Road Runner cartoons. I smell a CBS special.

Didn't they have something like that on "Tiny Toon Adventures" with Calamity Coyote? I remember seeing something like that years ago.
