Was there ever a cartoon with a guy walking and there are signs everywhere saying "Eat at Joe's" everywhere he went? But when he got to "Joe's" didn't he get eaten? Or was it just me

tex avery named joe a lot of characters,like the wolf in swing shift cinderella(ehy,wait a minute joe),wild and woolfy,the bear in rock a bye bear...one of the buzzards in what's buzzin' buzzards

I proabally saw that cartoon when I was 7 or 8. I only saw it one time and I really enjoyed it! And i barely remember it except the plot.

it is also amusing to note that this cartoon features one of the few times that bill thompson voiced an mgm character which is not droopy or spike(others are the indian in big heel watha and the flea in the flea circus)
