I remember seeing a cartoon when I was a kid that took place in "Duffy's Restaurant" and a customer demanded mouse knuckles to eat. Does anybody remember what cartoon this is?

Probably "Hush My Mouse," Sniffles's last cartoon.

It's definitely Hush My Mouse, and it's Tuffy, not Duffy.

"Hello, Tuffy's Tavern, where the felines wines and dines, Artie the manager speakin', Tuffy ain't here..."

And undoubtedly the best of the Sniffles cartoons, IMO. I just wish Jones had kept the character going with his new wise-guy persona.

I remember my cousin doing a dead-on impression of Artie the manager.

And for anyone who doesn't already know, this is yet another instance of a classic cartoon referencing a classic radio show. "Duffy's Tavern" was a long-running show of the '40s, and the above line is a nearly-verbatim recreation of the line that opened every episode:

"Hello, Duffy's Tavern, where the elite meet to eat, Archie the manager speakin', Duffy ain't here..."
