He was also in Dough for the Dodo, and I believe he was in at least one Animaniacs episode, but I've never seen it.

His younger counterpart, Gogo Dodo appeared regularly on "Tiny Toon Adventures.":dodo:

The Animaniacs episode uses a clip from Porky in Wackyland. In that episode, Slappy gets upset because a cartoon of hers that appears on a LT laserdisc gets a very bad review.

He can also be sighted in "Who Framed Roger Rabbit" sauntering outside the "Maroon" studio buildings in brief scene early in the film....

Wasn't that animation directly lifted from "Dough for the Do-Do"? It looked like it...

Didn't Wackyland itself appear in an episode of Animaniacs or Tiny Toons?

It appeared in many episodes of TTA. I don't know about "Animaniacs" though.

Cool, he's a character I never noticed in that film. Will have to look out for him now.

PORKY IN WACKYLAND was the original, directed by Bob Clampett. DOUGH FOR THE DO-DO was the color remake by Art Davis, I believe. In this, the backgrounds were done in a Salvadore Dali style. Considering that Dali was developing DESTITINO for Disney around this time, it would be curious to know just what may have influence this stylistic descision.:ham:
