Welcome to the GAC's first ever Cartoon Trivia contest!

It's a good, old fashioned trivia contest! The rules are simple. Answer as many of the following questions as you can and send your answers to namethatlooneytune@yahoo.com . Whoever gets the most correct answers will win!

Here are the questions:

1. What is the name of the Flintstones' pet cat?

2. What are the names of Woody Woodpecker's niece and nephew?

3. What are the names of the Three Caballeros?

4. What kind of animal did the Beary Family have for a pet?

5. What was the name of the only cartoon where Yosemite Sam didn't appear with Bugs Bunny?

6. What was the title of the final cartoon to pair Daffy Duck and Speedy Gonzales?

7. What actor was Gandy Goose's voice based on?

8. What was the title of the first WB cartoon to feature Hippety Hopper?

9. Who was the voice of the Aardvark (from The Ant and the Aardvark cartoons)?

10. What was the only series of theatrical cartoons produced by Hanna-Barbera?

The following rules must be followed for all submissions... Not abiding to these will result in the termination of your submission.

1. You must be a registered GAC user.

2. Include your GAC ID in your entry.

3. E-mails only! NO PRIVATE MESSAGES!!!

4. Only one entry per person.

5. Please do not post things like "I got 8 out of 10" correct in this thread, as it discourages other members from entering. It is OK to post "I think I did very well" or something to that extent though.

6. The contest is open to everyone, not just US and Canadian residents.

Thanks John.

I'm only stuck on one question and it's killing me!!

I'm almost positive I remember a Terrytoons thread on the old TTTP forums at Toonzone that I think Tom started where the origins of Gandy Goose were being discussed.. I don't think I've ever seen any of his films though.

I won't cheat though.

(stupid Goose!)

:D

I just sent my email.

I rarely enter GAC contests, mainly because of where I live, but since it's open to everyone, I decided to join.

The contest looks cool.

Just a quick note, as a few have pointed out, that there are two questions in there where there are more than one correct answer. I will accept both answers.
