I think that the Warners should launch a channel known as "Looney Tunes on Demand 24/7" where you can see every short subject from 1930-1969 (as well as those produced from 1979-1996).
What do you think of this idea???

Well, I doubt they'll release something like that. But strange things happen in this world. Hey, we got two channels already devoted almost ENTIRELY to country music videos (GAC and CMT), so it can happen.

Our site has the same initials as a country music station? What a coincidence!
I love the idea, but as stated before, it isn't likely to happen.

What about Boomerang on Demand (As opposed to Cartoon Network on Demand)

I have Time Warner Cable. They have Boomerang on Demand..The current offerings (which change every few weeks) are The Jetsons, Jonny Quest, Space Ghost, Scooby Doo and Tom And Jerry..Cartoon Network On Demand has various CN produced shows..There is also a Kids Classics On Demand which is showing UPA Dick Tracy, Videocraft (Rankin-Bass) Wizard of Oz, Whats New Mr. Magoo (1977), and Joe Oriolo's Mighty Hercules..I had'nt seen these Classics (other than Magoo) since I was a kid..and never in color..

Hey, I'd be all for that. And it wouldn't just have to be "Looney Tunes", it could be all kinds of Warner Bros. Animation - "Tiny Toon Adventures", "Animaniacs", and all those other long-lost shows. And heck, throw in the movies for good measure (okay, so I probably wouldn't watch "Space Jam", but it'd be worth it to get "Daffy Duck's Quackbusters" and "How I Spent My Vacation").
Heck, if they can make Toon Disney, they can do this, right?

Yeah, but how do we know it wouldn't end up like Toon Disney? They'd probably move the good stuff to the wee hours of the morning. They'd produce new shows and air them several times a day (I cannot keep track of how many times a day TD shows "Recess").

your lucky that you can get Toon Disney and BOomerang,
I Live in Pueblo, CO, and here they don't want to get eitehr channel on cable or dish sat networks. I been compaining to Comcast/ATT/TCI/American (what our cable sysetem name changes), over 10 yrs to get channels we can watch such as those above, and to this day there is no hope we get to see any of them.
Recently we lost WGN, and it sits blank on the system. Our systems refuse to add the good channels, but OH give em a sports, news or Polical/relig channel and they add that fast  .
Its sad that in recent years CN, Disney and Fam(ABC/FOx) went down the tubes in programing, now showing Crappy sitcoms, over aired Craptoons, and very stale line ups. I mean how many times can "Boy Meets world" reruns can air on dis and fam, before you get sick of the show.
As well as the Ed, and grim, that seem to be the most aired show on CN currently, seems like anytime i put CN on, that all i see.
Also anyone know if T and J is leaving CN or if LT (not the crappy baby LT now showing on that channel) is on the air anymore there??
I miss the Pre 97 line up before Cartoon Cartoons came about. I mean they did show alot of HB but at least they rotated the line up, now they just show the same epsodes of eds, grim and the newer dextor (YUCK, someone give me a barf bag, this line up turned my stomach).
even as recently PPG, Bravo and other toons are not played as much as Grim, eds and such.
Where has all the good animation gone?? Is there salvation for someone who can't get boomerang or TD???

Silver Fox:
Have you tried getting DirecTV? They are curretly carrying both Cartoon Network and Boomerang. I just wish that they would carry a more extensive channel alternative for animation, such as I've just seen with Time-Warner Cable (I live on the wrong side of the Hudson River to get Time-Warner).
Let me know if you are successful.:)

Is Dish in your area? Because, on my Dish, the 180 channel package, I have both Toon Disney and Boomerang. You have to pay more money for it, but with Looney Tunes, Tom and Jerry, Rocky and Bullwinkle, Popeye, and an occasional Tex Avery MGM cartoon, I find it is worth it.

In addition to Boomerang and Toon Disney, the larger packages also include Nicktoons, Turner Classic Movies, Noggin, Fox Movie Channel, AMC (for good or bad), IFC, BBC America, Game Show Network, some Encore and The Movie Channel stations, and additional music video channels, among others.
It's definitely worth looking into.

from what i seen only Direct is avaible and they currently carrying same line up as Comcast, expanded, with means no boomerang, and they do carry TD.
Problem cureently, is to get the TD, you have to get full package that is more then standard (30 dollars more) Lets hope we get to see changes very soon on cable and sat.
