I have never seen it but I know that Stan Freeberg did some of the voices.

Jerry Beck wrote about it (http://www.cartoonresearch.com/warner.html). ;)

I've seen it at a tribute to Stan Freberg, put on by ASIFA and presented by Jerry Beck. It was good. The animation was well done, broad and exaggerated like in the classic days of animation.
It broke with Jones' "disciplines" for the Road Runner series, but was done in a way that didn't seem like the filmmakers were clueless to those rules. The basic premise was a parody of the recent glut of baby versions of classic cartoon characters, but done more like "The Old Grey Hare" rather than "Muppet Babies". Freberg plays Wile E.'s father. Several of the jokes were a clever play on the type of gags used in the classic series but utilizing baby paraphernalia, such as strollers, rattlers and baby bottles.
Some of the gags were well-timed and executed, but others fell flat, particularly one gag that takes too long to set up. Also, there is a joke that explains Wile E.'s pantomime silence. It's clever and meant to satirize the original series but seemed too self-conscious to me.
Overall, a good effort -- especially in light of the revival attempts by Warner in the last 42 years.
Wasn't this the first baby Looney Tunes animated shorts before the series?

I have an extensive collection of Warner Brothers cartoons on video tape and disc, but "Little Go Beep" is one of the very few Warner Brothers cartoons that I am missing altogether.
