Does anybody know the name of this cartoon

There is a Looney Tune cartoon with Daffy Duck that I don't know the name of. I haven't seen it since it was on Nickelodeon so I don't rember much about it. I remember that it takes place on a train and I belive Daffy Duck is after some crook. There is a scene I remember where The crook asks Daffy how many lumps do you want. And he hits him that many times. I know that joke was used in other cartoons but this short has been bothering me for a while. There is another scene where either Daffy or the crook are put into a mail bag and something happens with that. Does anybody have a clue what short I am talking about?

And a good cartoon it is, too. One of Robert McKimson's more underrated works. I especially like the ending ("You know, there just might be a market for this!")

That's one of my favorites as well. I especially liked the scene where Daffy and the man in the green hat are having tea. (although the club and chair car gags were nothing to sneeze at!)
