Who wrote the Figaro opera? What is its actual name??? My mind thinks the composer is either Giacomo Puccini (referring to "The Magical Maestro") or Gioachino Rossini.

A few cartoons which include the "Figaro opera" excerpts:

1948 - Back Alley Oproar - MM (Sylvester, Elmer) - Director: Friz Freleng - Baritone: Mel Blanc
1950 - Long-Haired Hare - LT (Bugs, Giovanni (John) Jones) - Director: Chuck Jones - Baritone: Mel Blanc and/or Terence Monck
1952 - The Magical Maestro - (Spike Dog) - Director: Tex Avery and/or Michael Lah - Baritone: Terence Monck
1955 - One Froggy Evening - MM (Michigan J. Frog) - Director: Chuck Jones - Baritone: Terence Monck
1965 - The Cat Above and the Mouse Below - (Tom & Jerry) - Director: Chuck Jones - Baritone: Terence Monck

If you have any thoughts, I would appreciate them

Thank you,
Benjamin (MJEToons81)

It was Rossini.

And for the record, Bill Roberts did the singing in "One Froggy Evening", not Terrence Monck.

It was Rossini."Largo al factotum della citta", from Il barbiere di Siviglia, to be specific.
