Tex Avery Speaks on GC 2

Just watched the excellent film of Tex Avery speaking that's included in GC 2 and I was wondering who made it and when. Judging by his appearance, I would guess that it was made in the '70's, not long before his death.

I'm guessing that John Canemaker filmed that footage of Tex. John referenced that dialogue in The Boys of Termite Terrace on LTGC1.
