Who else loves comics by Chris Ware?

Read Jimmy Corrigan: The Smartest Kid On Earth. It may take more than one attempt to finish the whole book but once you've read it, you won't regret it.

What's interesting about Jimmy Corrigan is that Ware wrote it from ca. 1989 to 2000, and we can really see his art, writing and even his own personality maturing as it goes along.

His latest stories are great, my favourite one being Rusty Brown, even though he's a long way's away from finishing it right now.

So, has anyone else ever read his stories? If so, what'd'ya think of it?

I like the depressing and cynical humor of Chris Ware's stories. I like his graphic and color sense. His drawings are a bit dull, but they are also pleasant and clean looking.

I think that I have them all...Jimmy Corrigan, Acme Novelty Library, etc. Hard to tell what the print runs were on these...as a few of them are starting to command higher prices on Amazon.
