hi anyone know of a good external screen capture device that works
with doze 98 thru Windows 7?
I currently have an older Snappy Video Capture device that do to a problem can't connect to my Laptop, so i though i soon look into USB VC devices as well as maybe an adapter as well.
Also how best is it to do this to get clear ungrainy captures or get as clear as you can for the media being captured from, such as VHS tapes or
Video CD, or DVD so the picture is not looking pixelated.
