Does anybody remember the name of this obscure live-action "special"?

I remember, one Saturday Morning in early-1990, seeing this (I think) half-hour live action special. It starred these two small town girls (a year apart in terms of age - the younger one being the narrator), who are playing until they toss (I think) a baseball at somebody's car window. The guy proceeds to grill them, but then he and the girls actually join forces. The end of the show sees the three of them accidentally breaking some angry guy's kitchen window.

I'm sorry if I'm being a little vague, but if anybody knows what I'm talking about, please tell me the name of the special I'm referring to.
