Hi,

I'm currently doing some research into early animation and wondered if anyone knew of the existence of any of the live-action Nestor/Centaur 'Mutt and Jeff' short films, produced in 1911? I thought it would make an interesting comparison to the later animated versions, but can't seem to find any confirmation that copies of any of the films are still available anywhere.

Thanks for any information.
David

The Library Of Congress has two surviving prints(can't remember which titles)of the live action Mutt And Jeff series in their holdings. You may want to check them out my friend.
