Did anyone see the layouts and animatics John K. just posted on his blog from this, unfortunately, abandoned series pilot? It looks like it would have been hilarious, with Daffy and Speedy as a gay couple living in a Chula Vista sh*thole. Mr. Meek played their conservative neighbor they make out in front of to drive him to read the bible and whip himself for witnessing such filth. Puke and penis jokes galore too! And Daffy or Speedy are never drawn the same in any two given shots... even if they're subsequent frame grabs! A true godsend from the Cartoon messiah.

I've heard of that series. I wonder if we could get Jon K to reconsider producing the series. I agree with Thad. It sounds awesome!:speedy::daffy:

And especially with that under consideration, I don't see what's offensive, unless references to classic characters as gay couples and "puke and penis jokes galore" sounds a little too Family Guy for comfort...

No, go ahead. It's just that Thad had a another April Fools gag thread that was really harsh and stupid, even if the guy he poke fun of was a bussiness gambler.

I just don't want to see Thad get into so much trouble that he would end up in an unpainted corner with no way out.
