Here's something to think about. One of the main complaints LT:BIA was that there was too much action packed into the 90 minutes. This made the whole thing hard to follow for some people. (I had no trouble though. :p ) Anyway, maybe there seemed like too much action because each Looney Tunes character is too great and finely tuned for just a mere cameo. Truly, each character has the ability to carry an entire movie all their own (with a little help for the right plot of course).
Like someone else said elsewhere (or on this board maybe) they don't function well as a group because they didn't start out that way really. Sometimes they interacted (Daffy costarred in one Foghorn Leghorn cartoon, Pepe Le Pew made a cameo in a Sylvester & Tweety cartoon, etc.), but for the most part they each had their own cartoon series.
I think each character should have released their own movie. There could have been The Pepe Le Pew movie, or The Roadrunner Movie, or The Speedy Gonzales Movie and so on and so on (Tweety already has one all his own). They could even have been all animation as opposed to the live action / animation hybrid. I think something like that would have been MUCH easier to swallow AND in the long run made more money (Lots of movies turning a profit is better than one).
