Maybe this isn't news, but I have not heard anything about this anywhere. Anybody who paid attention discovered that if you bought two or more of the new Wave 8 WDT sets and redeemed your Disney Movie Rewards codes you got a free "collectible lithograph" of Zorro. I can't resist anything worthless and free so I ordered mine. The lithograph is an image of Guy Williams in Zorro garb on set. It comes in a special DMR folder inside a large envelope. On the envelope it reads "Coming Soon To DVD As Part Of Walt Disney Treasures" and has the big rapier slash Z logo. There is also a slip of paper inside with the same image.

I know some people have been pawing for this to be released. I wonder if they will use better prints than the 80s colorized ones available from Disney Movie Club (though I've seen worse colorizations), or what extras there might be, and if it will include at least a full season. You heard it here first... maybe.

If there would be Zorro WDT set then I expect only the Walt Disney anthology episdoes to be included. I saw it some were that Zorros that were not part of the anthology have already been put on DVD.

Bradskey, that is EXACTLY what I was hoping they would include as a news item when I saw that they were offering that giveaway!! AWESOME!!! I haven't received my litho yet, but I did apply for it.

Some guy on the UltimateDisney forum beat me by a few hours with the info and later posted pics of the envelope, so I won't bother. I guess releasing the 3rd season/anthology series (in original color no doubt) and maybe the movies does make sense. I'm not a movie club member but I know season 1 is available (you can find it gray market on Amazon and elsewhere) and I think I've heard season 2 is starting to come out.

That would be great! Zorro would be a perfect addition for the Treasures.

Hopefully the next wave will have a higher print run because this last wave sold extremely fast.
